I have many great friends in this industry. As far favorite people to work with, basically its a job. It started on Saturday night with parties at the View Bar for Jake Deckard and the Raging Stallions, then on to HK Lounge in Hell's Kitchen where Erik Rhodes was hosting a party.

On the way home I stopped at Mooney's, my favorite Irish pub in New York. It was their last night. After 40 yeas they were closing. I was pretty drunk so I don't it home on subway. It was Mooney's last few hours. I decided to take home a chair as a souvenir.

Sunday was Gay Pride. Mr. Pam, my friend Paul, and I meet for breakfast. Then we made our way to the Village and hooked up with Larry Pangle. We were going to interview people for the Tim and Roma Show. Naturally we started outside the Stonewall.

We interviewed all kinds of people -- including a group of guys dressed in bright colors who decribed themselves as the gay crayons,, a bunch of crazy drag queens, and the oldest guy I could find there who claimed to be at the Stonewall riot in 1969.

Every now and then there was thunder and lightning, and then it started pouring rain. We had to wrap the camera in plastic and run for cover. We still got soaked.

We ended up at an pride party hosted by Dirty Boy Videos in an apartment on Christopher Street. Finally I got home around 8:30 exhausted and hungry.

I'm sitting here in New York. I saw my friend Court and one of my best friends, Paul, but he's stressed because his book is due in October. He'll get over it.

Escape to New York

It's been a slow week. Today I head-off to New York to see some of my friends there and to hang out in a couple of my favorite bars, and to see my son.

Some Questions and Some Answers

I've been looking forward to people asking me questions. I thought I'd answer a couple today.

Donnyboy you got it right. I do enjoy having sex with a guy, but I've never been in a romantic relationship with one. That's why I don't call myself bisexual. A Bad Case of Hiccups

Training the Sub

Last week I shot a couple of scenes for kink's The Training of O out on a ranch 25 miles east of Bakersfield, California. It was in the middle of fucking nowhere. There were horses and shit. This was the first time I ever did a scene for kink.com outside of San Francisco. Since there was nothing else to do everyone boned off-camera.

James Mogul has been training me to be the lead 'dom' for the Training of O for about nine months now. Last week was the first time that I really took control in every scene. Not Bi Accident

I just got home after another week of traveling so I haven't had a chance to update the blog. Last week I was in Bakersfield shooting a couple of scenes for kink.com's The Training of O.

Heat Wave

Well I just came back from a five days in Phoenix to shoot a couple of scenes for Amateur Straight Guy. I arrived last Monday night but it took a couple of days to get things going.

I sat it out in my hotel room before we did finally a scene. I really couldn't go out because it was over 100 degrees outside. The air-conditioned hotel room was so cold I had to pile 3 blankets on top of myself.

Don't anyone tell me that a pornstar's life is all fun and games -- and sex!! It's fucking hard work -- no pun intended. From last week's model who had bad breath and stinky feet, I went to a week in a place with over 100 degrees outside and hovering under a pile of blankets in a frezing hotel room for three days.

De-Porning My Friend's House

We had a meeting yesterday to get ready for the launch of rodbarryworld.com in July. Then we all stopped for a few drinks at the Faultline, a gay leather bar in the Silver Lake district of L.A.
